# Welcome!

The Orbitronomy library is designed to simplify the process of plotting, calculating, visualizing, and animating the orbits of celestial bodies in 3D space!

It employs Kepler's elliptical orbit equations and Keplerian Elements, in conjunction with [PyAstronomy](https://pypi.org/project/PyAstronomy/) and [Matplotlib](https://pypi.org/project/matplotlib/), to perform precise orbital calculations.

This is still a work in progress, and it will be updated periodically with new features. By no means is this supposed to be riddled with functionality.
